2011-2012 Guest Rates

Above rates are based on double occupancy, $25.00 per person, per night for each additional guest.  Children under 18 stay free.  A $15 daily service charge1 and $20.00 daily club fee2 will apply in addition to above rates on all accommodations.  There is an 12.5% tax on all lodging accommodations.  Please contact the Reservation Office directly for any special member promotions.

¹The daily service charge is $15.00 for one bedroom accommodations and $25.00 for accommodations two bedrooms and larger.

²The daily $20.00 Club fee includes: Daily Marina Fitness Center access, daily newspaper, in room complimentary bottled water on arrival day, in room coffee/tea, complimentary valet or self parking, 24 hour on property van shuttle service/bell service as well as beach chairs.  In addition to the features listed above, the Club provides complimentary local and domestic long distance calls as well as complimentary use of Internet.

*Rates are subject to change.  *There is a minimum night stay required of all members and guests over all Holiday periods.

Deposit Policy:
Inn Rooms - First night’s room and tax taken at the time of reservation
Holiday Periods and all studios, condos, homes and villas – 100% deposit required, 50% at the time of reservation and the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Inn Rooms - Deposit will be reimbursed if cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival.
Holiday Periods and all studios, condos, homes, and villas – 100% will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival. 50% will be refunded if cancellation is received 15 to 30 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
