Tennis
Serve up an “ace” on our outdoor courts. Nine Har-Tru courts are available with six lighted for evening play. The Club's outstanding professional teaching staff offers programs for all levels, from novice to advanced. Our Pro Shop is well-stocked with traditional attire, as well as the latest in tennis fashions and equipment. Additional services include same-day racquet restringing and regripping. The Lawn & Tennis Center requires proper tennis attire.

Croquet
The Lawn & Tennis Center offers a full-size grass croquet court for this popular game, which is played both as a recreation pastime and highly competitive sport at the Club. Call for reservations, or come to the Lawn & Tennis Pro Shop where our staff will assist you with forming matches for members without a prearranged game. Traditional white attire, please.

Miniature Golf
A 9-hole miniature golf course provides fun for both golfers and non-golfers of all ages. The course is lit for night play.

Basketball Court
Basketballs are available at the court, located next to the playground.

Meet Director of Tennis Jim Morton
Jim Morton is in his 24th year as a tennis professional at Ocean Reef, and has served as the Club's Director at the Lawn & Tennis Center for more than 18 of those years. Born and raised in Geneva, Ohio he graduated from Hiram College with a BS in Elementary Education. As a USPTA 1 Rated Pro, he trained for three years under the tutelage of Bill Luffler, the first President of the USPTA, as well as with Tom Wright, the former Head Professional at Forest Hills Club in Queens, New York. His experience also includes being head professional at the Milbrook and Belle Haven Clubs in Greenwich, Connecticut, and serving as Director of Tennis at the prestigious New Haven Lawn Club. At Ocean Reef Club, Jim takes great pride in facilitating one of the premier member-guest tennis tournaments in the country, leading over 100 players to participate annually. As an instructor, Jim is known for his enthusiastic, upbeat approach and analytical ability to diagnose and prescribe sensible corrective techniques.
